I as everyone was super nervous about calling an HVAC company to come out and tell me what’s wrong with my air conditioning… The tech “John Henry” came out checked my entire system and to my surprise the problem was a as simple as servicing my unit. I was so worried it was going to cost a small fortune. John took the time to show me everything that was wrong and what he did to correct the problem. I will always use Russell Heating and air for my future HVAC needs. Thank you John!!

They have a very professional & knowledgeable staff & yet it's like dealing with a good neighbor. They are always prompt & able to advise you by text with a tracking link so you know exactly when the tech will arrive. If there is ever an emergency, they are very prompt to respond. I highly recommend Russell H&A for all your heating and air needs.
